The Health and safety of our guests and employees are our main priority at CentreVille Hotel & Experiences. All our cleaning and safety procedures are constantly updated with the latest recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Montenegro Ministry of Health.  

We would like to reassure you that at our Hotel all the highest measures for the protection of our guests and colleagues from the Coronavirus, have been successfully implemented in all departments without compromising the best standards of service we are recognized for. Also, to support your travel plans, we are offering maximum flexibility in our cancellation policy.

General rules and information

  • Masks to be worn in public areas by staff and guests.
  • Hand sanitizers located at the entrance to the hotel and in public areas.
  • Physical distance of 2 meters always respected.
  • Appropriate signage in all public areas.

Staff Training

All employees have received specific training on WHO and Institute for Public Health of Montenegro approved COVID-19 preventive and responsive protocols which include but are not limited to Hand Hygiene, Respiratory Hygiene, Physical Distancing, Cleaning and Sanitizing best practices, Safe Food Handling and Food Hygiene. Our Quality Officer personally reviews and ensures all protocols are stringently followed

Staff Health Measures

The temperatures of all our employees will be measured twice daily.
In case of temperature over 37.2 °C, such employee will be asked to return home.
Uniforms are fully sanitized by heat iron or steam press.
All colleagues wear appropriate PPE while at work.

Cleaning and Sanitization protocols

We have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning protocols as recommended by Montenegrin Health authorities in cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas. We have increased the frequency of cleaning of all high-touch areas and public washrooms that affect guests and employees. We use hospital-grade disinfectants and approved cleaning products. Hand sanitization stations are readily available for guests and employees in public areas and back-of-the-house areas.

Physical Distancing

We are practicing physical distancing throughout the hotel. Signages are placed in public areas including reception and elevators to remind guests to maintain physical distance. In the restaurants, tables are placed 2 meters apart to maintain distance. 30% capacity per elevator is recommended, except in the case several persons are guests in the same room.

Physically Distant yet Connected

Guests can communicate their requests directly through their phones via our Viber/WhatsApp messenger service +38268800252 without using the house phones. All services such as room service, room amenities, and laundry are specially packaged and delivered at your door to avoid contact.

Guest Arrival

  • While entering the hotel, each guest needs to wear a mask and disinfect hands, as well as follow the marks for 2-meter distance.
  • Masks and gloves are also available on demand.
  • The members of the same group can stay close.
  • Guests are kindly requested to announce their check-in time, to ensure we are prepared for their arrival.
  • The reception desk is regularly sanitized, especially touching points (check-in/check-out).
  • Self-parking: for safety reasons, it is recommended that all cars are self-parked by the guest (guided by employees from the Front Desk), before arriving to the Front Desk.
  • Frequency of sanitation follows the rise of occupancy.
  • Luggage carts are sanitized after every use.

Guest Rooms

  • Every room undergoes intensive cleaning and sanitization after guest departure.
  • Departure rooms are kept vacant for 24 hours before a new check-in.
  • Increased maintenance of AC units and fresh air systems, as well as additional disinfection of filters.
  • All non-essential items such as pen, pad, collateral, etc. are removed from guest rooms.
  • White linen and towels are being washed at 70 degrees at all times.
  • All linen is sterilized as per the guidelines provided by the Institute for Public Health of Montenegro.
  • Entry to the guest rooms by Housekeeping and/or Engineering employees will be undertaken when the guest is not in the room. The room will be fully sanitized afterwards.
  • All services such as room service, room amenities, and laundry are specially packaged and delivered at your door to avoid contact.

Restaurants

  • The Living Room Lounge&Dining (with the Parlour) requires no prior reservation.
  • The Dining Room and regular buffets open upon request.
  • Tables are set to ensure a minimum of 2-meter distance.
  • If you wish breakfast in the room, please contact front office team.
  • In-room dining from 7am to 11pm, whereas the food is delivered to the door of the room and service staff will not enter for the safety reasons.
  • Our kitchen is HACCP certified.
  • All dishes are fully prepared in the kitchen following the highest food safety standards.
  • QR Code for menu and contactless payment options are available.

Meetings & Events

  • Floor plans are revised and table set-ups are adjusted to ensure a minimum of 2-meter distance.
  • Groups of people allowed at individual tables.
  • Disinfection of tables and all equipment before and after usage.
  • Maximum capacity limitations are respected.

Fitness & Spa

  • All precautionary measures are in place for guest safety in the Fitness & Spa areas in accordance with directives from the Institute for Public Health of Montenegro.
  • Disinfection of hands at the entrance and exit is mandatory.
  • All employees are wearing masks and disinfecting hands after each contact with payment cards, money, as well as contact with guests.
  • Working surfaces, gym devices, Spa and fitness contents are frequently disinfected after each use.a
  • Water in the swimming pool and each jacuzzi is regularly treated with chlorine.
  • Floors and handles are disinfected frequently during the day.

Travel Flexibility

In the current circumstances, we are updating our cancellation policy to provide our customers with the most flexibility we can. All new and existing bookings made directly with CentreVille Hotel & Experiences for stays until June 30th, 2020; cancellation and modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests can call us directly at +38220684000 or email at reservations@cv-hotel.com to modify or cancel reservation. For reservations made through a travel agent or 3rd party online booking site (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), we are advising guests to contact their original booking agent or site for details on their COVID-19 policies.
